It fits most closed shoes — sneakers, work shoes, boots, nursing clogs, and court shoes. It's low-profile, so it won't make your shoes feel tight. For very tight formal heels, it may be too thick. Tip: you can remove your shoe's original insole and replace it with this for the best fit.
Can I use it in running or court shoes?
Yes — many runners and pickleball/tennis players use these for extra support and shock absorption. Just trim to fit and slip them in.
Is it for men or women?
Both — it's a unisex design. You trim it to your size, so it works for any adult foot.
Do the massage nodes hurt?
No. The nodes are made of soft, flexible material designed to gently massage, not poke.
